Incorporated as Shasta-Siskiyou Transport in 1967, SST Oil has been serving its customers and community for 50 years. Our founder, James C. Holt, already had many years of serving Shasta, Siskiyou and Trinity counties with energy products and lubricants. The once robust logging and wood products industry during the decades of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s was a large part of SST Oil’s operation.
SST Oil is a service oriented company, built around our strong fuel transportation background. We service a diverse range of customers today beginning with our transport division. This division covers California, Oregon, Idaho, and Nevada making deliveries to C-Store Service Stations, Truck Stops, and farms (both large and small). Since 1991, SST Oil provides service to thousands of home heating oil customers throughout multiple counties with quality home heating fuel and heater service.
SST Oil has partnered with some of the industries finest fuel refiners such as Valero, Beacon, 76 and Shell. We also offer Alliance brand, as well as, private label brands to fit our customer’s needs. Our bulk facility in Redding carries gasoline, diesel, and heating oil. We have a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) bulk facility and three DEF bulk transports to service our DEF customers’ needs throughout the west. In addition to fuel, lubricants and DEF, SST wholesales and transports the growing needs of our customers with high quality alternative fuels such as Bio- Diesel (B99, B-100) and renewable diesel. SST Oil also transports the raw material needed for the manufacture of these bio fuels. In addition to our in-house operations, SST also transports millions of for-hire freight gallons consisting of gas, diesel, kerosene, diesel exhaust fluid, grease, and transmix throughout the west.
SST Oil is also a proud member of the CFN FleetWide Fueling Network which allows its users to fuel their vehicles at over 57,000 card activated fuel sites across the United States.
